It is not the first time to do the 3D printing work but it is really challenging for me to do the assignment on a new 3D printer. The picture below is my final 3D printer object.
There are some of challenges I met. In conclude, you should prepare the 3D printer, check the melting point of the material becasue some materials have a higher melting point than the 200 degree melting point of PLC, last but not least, you need to adjust the nozzle level and bed level, a large part of the reason for printing failure is that the distance between the nozzle and the bed is not close.
